A screen-free bracelet: why use one

A screen on your wrist feels useful until you count its daily interruptions. A screen-free bracelet reads your body without asking for attention.

Screen-free tri bracelet on a wrist

Why no screen

  • Fewer distractions. No notifications, activity rings or flashing numbers. The bracelet works in the background while you get on with life.
  • Sleep undisturbed. Nothing lights up when your wrist moves at night. Especially useful if sleep tracking is your priority.
  • Longer battery life. A screen uses substantial energy. Without one, tri runs for up to 15 days per charge.
  • Light and soft. A fabric strap keeps the module against your wrist. Wear the bracelet continuously.

Where do I view the data?

In the app. Each morning, it summarizes sleep, recovery and strain in three scores with daily guidance. Want detail? Explore sleep stages, heart rate, HRV, workouts and habit insights there too.

No need to check the app hourly: the bracelet stores up to 30 days of data and transfers it when your phone is nearby. Ask the Russian-speaking assistant if anything is unclear. It sees your measurements and answers in context.

Who it won't suit

If you need time, notifications, a running map and wrist payments, choose a watch. Many people wear both: a watch on one wrist, tri on the other. The watch handles everyday tasks; the bracelet tracks sleep, recovery and strain.

Screen-free bracelets on the market

The American brand WHOOP popularized the idea: a subscription-based, screen-free bracelet estimating recovery and strain. It is not officially shipped to Russia, so we created tri, with the same philosophy, Russian support, ruble payments and an assistant that sets bracelet alarms. See the detailed comparison of the WHOOP alternative.

Questions

How do I see my data without a screen?

Everything is in the phone app: morning sleep, recovery and strain scores with guidance for the day, plus heart rate, steps and workouts. Ask the assistant by voice or text.

Does the bracelet show the time or notifications?

No, by design. If you need a watch, wear tri on the other wrist alongside your regular watch.

How does a screen-free bracelet wake me?

With vibration. Set the alarm in the app or ask the assistant: ‘Wake me at 7:00 on Saturday.’

How long does a charge last?

Up to 15 days per charge. The screen-free bracelet does not need daily charging.
