Built on science. Sources you can open.

Scientific research underpins our calculations. For each measurement, we explain what we calculate and which studies we use. Open the sources directly from the cards.

Sleep

We look at the duration, continuity and regularity of recorded sleep. The score helps you compare nights in your history.

One night: sleep stages over time

Sleep duration and regularity have been studied by Van Dongen and Windred. Open the original publications here.

Recovery

We compare nighttime HRV, resting heart rate and sleep with your baseline to estimate recovery.

Weekly HRV, ms. Dashed lines show your usual range

HRV foundations: measurement and interpretation standards, and a review of HRV metrics.

Energy

We estimate energy expenditure using your profile and activity. Calories in the app are calculated, not directly measured.

Estimated daily energy expenditure, kcal. Dashed line shows basal metabolism

The Mifflin–St Jeor equation for basal metabolism and Ainsworth's activity energy-expenditure compendium.

Charts use demo data. Publications describe the scientific foundations of the calculations. tri does not diagnose conditions and is not a medical device. Scores support decisions, but do not replace a doctor.

How much does it cost?

One subscription costs ₽33,000 per year, paid upfront. The bracelet is included, with no separate device charge or extra payment for new generations.

Why do I need it if I already have a smartwatch?

Our screen-free bracelet lasts up to 15 days per charge. The app shows sleep, recovery and strain, while the assistant explains your measurements in Russian and sets alarms and reminders on the bracelet. Compare specific features with your watch: some watch models also offer workout readiness and sleep analysis.

What can the assistant do?

Ask in Russian by voice or text. It sees your data, remembers previous conversations, and sets alarms and reminders. Its answers use your measurements rather than generic advice.

Does my phone have to stay nearby?

No. The bracelet stores up to 30 days of data. Leave your phone at home and sync when you return.

How accurate is the data?

We help you understand your body's condition and make decisions, but we do not diagnose conditions or replace a doctor. Our calculations use methods from peer-reviewed research; we do not simply copy scores from the bracelet.

What happens when a new bracelet is released?

While your subscription is active, new generations are included: we send the new bracelet and collect the old one. There is no upgrade fee.

How much does renewal cost?

The same ₽33,000 per year. There are no hidden charges, and new bracelet generations remain included while your subscription is active.

What happens after the year ends?

The bracelet stays with you even if you do not renew. You do not have to return it. Your saved data remains accessible, but new bracelet data stops syncing. Renew your subscription to resume syncing. Renewal costs ₽33,000 per year; an active subscription includes new generations in exchange for your previous bracelet.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 15 days per charge, depending on use. The bracelet stores up to 30 days of data without a phone.

Can I wear it in water?

Yes. IP68 protection makes it suitable for showers and swimming pools. It is not designed for diving or open-water swimming.

Does it work in Russia?

Yes. Payment is in rubles, and the app and assistant support Russian. CDEK delivers across Russia and the EAEU.

When will my bracelet arrive?

We dispatch via CDEK after payment, to a pickup point or by courier. Delivery estimates for your city appear at checkout. We send a tracking number when your bracelet is handed to CDEK.
