A target for your goal

Choose to maintain, lose or gain weight. The target uses your profile and goal, and you can adjust it. Log food with text or a label too.

How we calculate it.

Daily targets and energy estimates have clear inputs and calculation methods.

Daily targets use your profile and goal. Energy needs are estimated with basal-metabolism equations and activity references. Open the sources below.

More to know.

Does the bracelet detect what I ate?

No. You add a photo, description or label in the app. The assistant processes your input and saves an entry. A wrist sensor does not identify food.

How accurate are photo estimates?

They are estimates. A photo may not reveal portion weight, oil, sauces or hidden ingredients. Clarify ingredients and quantities if you know them. For packaged food, send a readable label.

Can I correct food I've already logged?

Yes. Tell the chat which entry to correct and what to change, or edit the meal in the diary. For example: ‘Lunch had 150 g of chicken; the salad had no oil.’

Where does my daily target come from?

The target uses your profile and goal: maintain, lose or gain weight. It is a guide rather than a direct measurement of your needs. Adjust it to your circumstances.

Can I use it without photos?

Yes. Describe the dish and portion in text. Clearer ingredients and quantities leave fewer unknowns. Daily totals include only logged food.
