More to know.

Is the bracelet suitable for strength training?

Yes. Select strength training and record duration and heart rate. Calories are estimated from activity type, duration and weight. This does not measure muscle force, lifted weight or repetitions.

Do I need to start every session?

Start recording in the app before exercise. If you forget, the app may suggest saving detected activity: check the time and select a type. Automatic detection can make mistakes or miss sessions.

Is there built-in GPS?

No built-in GPS. Distance is estimated from steps and stride length. Use a sports watch or phone for GPS routes and pace.

Can I see my heart rate on my wrist?

The bracelet has no screen. Heart-rate records and charts are in the app. Use a watch alongside it if you need pace and measurements on your wrist during a run.

Can I train with low recovery?

The score helps you choose your load but does not grant medical clearance or prohibit exercise. Consider sleep, accumulated strain and how you feel. If you have pain or concerning symptoms, do not rely solely on a bracelet score.
