tri has no screen and no scoreboard in front of your eyes. But inside the app a quiet story runs: you move, you sleep, you note your mood — and coins trickle in for it. Coins add up and your level grows. This is not a competition and not a race for numbers. It is a way to see that you are keeping a habit not for one day but for the long run.

What earns coins

Coins are the band's way of thanking you for looking after yourself. Most often they come for three simple things:

  • Movement. You walked, trained, or simply had an active day — the band sees it through the sensor on your wrist and marks it.
  • Regularity. The body loves rhythm. When you come back day after day — going to bed, getting up, moving at roughly the same times — consistency earns more coins than a single push.
  • The journal. A couple of words about sleep, how you feel or a workout, and the app has something to compare your readings against. A filled-in journal earns coins too.

You do not need to keep the exact number of coins per action in your head. The point is not to squeeze out the maximum in one go but to come back tomorrow.

Levels are about consistency, not records

A level grows slowly and honestly. It cannot be bought with one heroic day at the gym — only accumulated bit by bit. So a level is not about how hard you went once but about how many days in a row you were there for yourself.

Look at it the way we ask you to look at sleep: at the trend, not one night. A level is your long trail, not a flash.

Achievements — for individual wins

Besides coins there are achievements — small rewards for particular steps. A first workout, a week without misses, an early start — each has its own story. Some are hidden in advance: you do not see the condition until you meet it. That way an ordinary day gets a pleasant surprise — you unlocked something you were not even looking for.

What all this is for

It is easy to start looking after yourself on a wave of enthusiasm and quit a week later. Coins and levels exist precisely so that week does not happen — so that every calm, unheroic day has a small value of its own.

Do not chase coins. Just live your day — move, rest, note how you feel. Progress will catch up on its own.
